By accessing or using devbreak.software, our online courses, Corvyn, or our website development services (collectively "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

DevBreak is a small software studio based in Serbia. We provide online education (courses), the Corvyn macOS application, and custom website development services. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Courses

Beginner Course (Free)

"Corwin VibeCoding for Beginners" is provided free of charge. Access requires registration with a valid email. The course content is for personal educational use only.

Advanced Course (Paid)

"Corwin VibeCoding Advanced" is a paid course. Access is granted after a successful purchase via Lemon Squeezy and is tied to the email used at checkout. You receive lifetime access including all future updates.

All course content (videos, text, code, designs) is owned by DevBreak. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share course materials. Personal use, including taking notes and applying what you learn to your own projects, is permitted and encouraged.

Account Sharing

Course access is for one person. Sharing your access with others may result in revocation without refund.

4. Refunds

Paid courses come with a 7-day money-back guarantee provided you have completed no more than the first 2 modules. Email support@devbreak.software within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

Refunds for Corvyn Pro/Lifetime are governed by the Corvyn-specific terms — 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

5. Corvyn (macOS Application)

Corvyn is a macOS application licensed (not sold) to you. The free tier is available without a license; Pro features unlock with a valid license key. Lifetime licenses cover up to 3 Mac devices owned by you.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Corvyn except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Website Development Services

Custom website development services are governed by a separate written proposal that we will send after your inquiry. The proposal includes scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. These Terms apply alongside the proposal.

7. Payment

All payments for digital products (courses, Corvyn) are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. They handle billing, taxes (VAT, sales tax), and receipts. By purchasing, you accept Lemon Squeezy's terms.

Website development services are invoiced directly by DevBreak.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on devbreak.software (courses, Corvyn, marketing copy, designs, illustrations, code samples) is owned by DevBreak unless explicitly stated otherwise. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content as the Service intends.

For website development clients: ownership of deliverables transfers to you upon final payment, except for our internal tools and pre-built templates which remain property of DevBreak (you keep a license to use them within your project).

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from completing courses (e.g., income, job placement). Educational content is informational, not professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevBreak's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our refund policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to active users. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
