These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Corvyn ("the App") and the website at devbreak.software ("the Website"), operated by DevBreak ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Corvyn, you agree to these Terms.
Corvyn is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Corvyn on your Mac.
The free version of Corvyn may be used indefinitely at no cost. It includes a limited set of features as described on the Website.
A Corvyn Pro license grants you access to all Pro features as described on the Website. A single license covers one Mac. A 3-Mac license covers up to three Macs owned or controlled by you.

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and subject to their terms: lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro and Lifetime purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@devbreak.software within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
We may update Corvyn at any time to add features, fix bugs, or change functionality. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove features without notice, provided that core Pro features remain available for the duration of your paid plan.
Corvyn is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Mac configuration.
Use of features like Disk Cleanup, process termination, and system tweaks modifies your macOS configuration. While all changes are designed to be reversible, you use these features at your own risk. We recommend backing up important data before using Cleanup features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevBreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Corvyn, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or loss of business.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Corvyn shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Corvyn, its name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by DevBreak. You may not use the Corvyn name or logo without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Corvyn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
